The most inspirational book!

This is one of the most inspirational books regarding health and how you can take matters into your own hands to change your life for the better! It will open your mind so you don't have to be a statistical robot in the current demonic healthcare system that the works has sadly become accustomed to.
After listening to this book twice I have ordered the hard copy so I can dissect it even further and apply it to my life and the ones I love.

Eye opening!

This is a great overall look into the foods we eat and how they affect our life as a whole. Purchased this book a year ago and my husband and I have lost weight, have more muscle mass, and better blood markers than we ever have. Highly recommend learning from it and making better choices!

The time and knowledge that went into putting this book today is worth every penny you spend to read it. The research and data that are discussed throughout will leave you shocked and humbled and so grateful.
Coming from a very sedentary lifestyle this book has opened my eyes in so many ways. It's truly a treasure among health books for the knowledge it will leave you with.
