I am on dukan diet recently, which requires me to cut all the carbohydrate. After reading this book, I have a better understanding of carbs and why is this so important to control the amount of carb we consume as a dieter. I am going to read "good calories bad calories" after this. wanna dig deeper about the points given in "why we get fat".
