Historia
Before 9/11 America was protected by a covert force known as the National Crisis Management Center. Commonly known as Op-Center, this silent, secret mantel guarded the American people and protected the country from enemies. The charter was top secret and Director Paul Hood reported directly to the president. Op-Center used undercover operatives with SWAT capabilities to diffuse crises around the world, and they were tops in their field. But after the World Trade Center disaster, in the interest of streamlining, OP-Center was disbanded—leaving the country in terrible danger.

Arrrgggg! I couldn't finish it.
Revisado: 05-30-14
I am very disappointed in this. Not the Tom Clancy I expected. Slow and monotonous. Where I needed less details, he went on forever. Where I wanted more, he cut it short.
A real waste of time and money. He should have turned this book to ashes.

Faith and Family. This is an interesting story of the background that Duck Dynasty only hints to. It illustrates the foundation of the Robertson clan.
It was well written and an easy listen. Be ready for tons of religion.
It was funny to hear the evolution of Jase's narration of this book. It started very monotone and hard to listen to but after a few chapters, you could tell he was more comfortable reading. By the end, it was like sitting across from him at the dinner table... sans frog legs.

Surprisingly a great listen!
Revisado: 05-01-14
I heard Rob Lowe on Howard Stern and found him to be a very engaging person so I tried his book. I had a credit that was about to expire so why not. I am glad I did.
This was very well written and I was pleased it was read by the author. I loved his imitations of those he wrote about. An easy listen.
Being just a little older than he, I watched him in his many rolls and expected him to be different then his book describes. I am headed to get his new book. He is much more "human" than his persona makes him out to be.

Well done with what was available to the author
Revisado: 05-01-14
This was well written and well read. Poorly edited with repeating sentences.
You can sense that the author had very little direct input and had to scrape up details where ever he could. I loved the insight into the character of Tony Soprano.
To the "Amazon Customer" who said there was too much Tony Soprano... With a title like this, what did you expect?

This book kept me listening. The adrenaline filled battle engagements were described with incredible detail.
John Pruden’s narration rode the wave of emotion that Dan Hampton described.
I particularly appreciated the educational beginning that evolved into full blown combat.
Thank you Dan Hampton for your book but mostly for your service.

"Mark Owen" takes the reader along with him on this mission as if you are a member of the team. Almost like looking over his shoulder as you climb the steps.
I loved the backgound and insight into the training and personal build up to this heroic mission.
The book had minimal politics so don't heed the media hype.
A patriotic story from a true Patriot! Thank you "Mark" for your service and sacrific.

Revisado: 07-23-12
Brandon Webb describes his life with just enough detail to keep the reader engaged without over doing it and loosing the reader. The extras in the audio book are priceless.
And as Brandon says in the book, "Don't judge a book by it's cover.".
Having read the work Chris Kyle and Marcus Lutrell, Brandon Webb fills in some of the blanks in the training that these incredible soldiers/heroes must undertake.

Engaging story of commitment to God and Country
Revisado: 01-26-12
I was completely engrossed in this story of courage and commitment. It is a well written and narrated as if we were having a conversation.
The author shared details where needed and spared us when not. The narrator's voice was Texan and carried the emotion of the story.
I bought the audible version even after reading the reviews saying that there is too much religion, politics and slamming of the left wing media. I feel that it was a perfect mix and needed for the background of the actions taken during Operation Redwing. Five stars!
