Fantastic, inventive story, with a wonderful performance by the narrator. I'm very excited to listen to the next book in the trilogy.

Really loved this one! I'm gonna buy the print version so I can highlight, mark it up, and make all sorts of notes.

An easy, quick listen. Narrator is fantastic with Southern accents. I really enjoyed it, shug!

A quick read (er, listen). Excellent performance by Zachary Quinto. Fantastic story idea. Highly recommended.

Seems to be from a lecture or something. It is NOT the book "The Power of Awareness" although he mentions that book in this recording. Guess I'll look for the book itself.

Ugh, started off loving it, but was ultimately unable to finish it. The book started off really well, lots of empowering ideas about aging and self-appreciation for women. But the anti-vaxxer sentiments gave me serious pause, and a few bits here and there had me going, "She was an OB/GYN?!" But the real kicker was when she started to explain that the solution to food addiction was to just avoid those foods. Gee, thanks, Doc! I'll be sure to tell my smoker friends that the way to stop smoking is just to *avoid cigarettes*. If you're addicted to something, just stop doing that thing! Amazing insight into, and understanding of, addiction! That's the point where I stopped trying to plow my way through this book. Just too many instances of rolling my eyes. I'm very open to a lot of the so-called "New Thought" ideas she presents and have heard/read them elsewhere and been intrigued. So I really tried to power through this book, hoping to get find nuggets of useful info in with all the rest. But in this case I just couldn't get past the facepalm moments. Such a shame.

I've always loved this book, and Stephen Fry does a fantastic job with it. Recommended!
