Boring and very outdated.
Revisado: 01-05-24
I liked Colin and William. The rest of characters were boring and one dimensional and everything was very BRITISH. Time travel seems ridiculous as told by Connie Willis. No way of way of returning to their time if things get hairy, Just a dull book. The word grey is a good description of it overall.

Willow is annoying, David should eat her.
Revisado: 08-02-23
Started off very promising, loved the little dog who turns into a wolf. As the books continue, Willow becomes more and more annoying. She relies on other people to save her way too much. The most unlikeable main character I have seen in a long time. spoils the books. which I was excited to begin listening to, Willow is AWFUL, she makes poor choices, argues, and is a total ingrate

a good a plot with solid believable characters
Revisado: 08-02-23
The Air Raid Book Club has a wide group characters who are diverse in age. I liked that one of the heroine's was in her 60s.The plot moved a long at a good pace. The storyline evolved well. A decent book, but not outstanding. The author Ruth Jones reviewed it, I like her books which is why I read it
