I am a huge fan of Dr. Joseph Murphy, have read The Power of The Subconscious Mind at least a dozen times, own it in hardback, paperback and audiobook. By the title, honestly, I expected to pick up something new, maybe a different point of view, maybe the ability to take my thought processes beyond the teachings of Dr. Murphy, anything would have been a win.
Unfortunately, all this author did was read me the original book and then at the very end attempt to add in some of his own life experiences and stories and how they related to the book.
Had I known this was going to be the same book that I have read so many times, not to get anything further out of it, I would not have spent the money/credit.
I do not generally give poor reviews however; in this case I was genuinely unimpressed.
