A girls day. This book occupied a full day of deep spring cleaning. There was tears , laughter & so much joy. Read by the author herself it sounds like a friend is telling it all to you. Absolutely loved my day with this book. Will be listening again on a long trip :)

Chapter 1& 2 Summary : The author is soooo smart & this and that. Ugh , like get over yourself
Chapter 3 Summary : Loa has a common downfall : repeating a belief that you don't truly believe actually increases its lack. If you say " I am happy" whatever your feeling & belief about that statement is : that is what your building more of . First you need to update the belief - then move into Loa or mantras.
Chapter 4 Summary: if you can heal/unblock yourself - anything is possible (this is all super basic stuff ). This book is 1 method of clearing\ healing blocks called eft
You can just start at chapter 4.5 (Which is chapter 2 in book)

* The reader gets 9\10 ! I am going to find other books he has written.
There is no cool sound effects and acting style reading like Harry Potter , just old school auaudiobook. I like

The author says the oh so cringy phrase : This is all you'll ever need to fix your Chiron
Um..... No . This is teaching folks a one all that can fix all is out there! There is no miracle fix. I hope authors phase out of using this phrase.
It also teaches readers that the author has a miracle key which can create a false liking of the author by believing SHE an fix them.
This phrase does no good
I'm 30 minutes into chiron. So far so good
