This was a decent book about anxiety and phobia. I thought it was pretty helpful. I'll probably recommend it to someone who I know struggles as well.

I think this bundle is really good, as it tackles different aspects that come with anxiety other than just regular anxiety. It helped me to really understand some nuances of it, and also made me realize some things that I didn't even know were going on.

Overall I think it was a pretty good book about anxiety and depression. Not over the top mind blowing, but for the price it was a good listen. Got a few useful tips out of it.

Michael Hatak has a most excellent narrative voice. He reads with a flow that is really interesting and engaging!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this audiobook to a friend because it is a quick, short listen that does a great job at introducing to poker and poker strategy. I appreciated how it was easily laid out and simple to follow. I think the fact that it has both beginner and intermediate strategy is a huge benefit because once you feel you start getting the hang of beginner aspects, you can move on to the intermediate techniques that are a bit more difficult, so it's not like one book that you just run through for one purpose. You can use it over and over again.

Not really sure what content marketing was all about, I went into this audiobook a complete novice. I can confidently say that I am now able to talk about content marketing in conversation, and implement some techniques from the book to improve my business.
