Hope and the path forward for any business owner!

I'm a small business owner since 2001. the past 10 years have been a constant struggle with people problems and not being able to get past $1.5 million in sales. As ive looked back over the past 22 yrs, I could not help but feel hopeless, lost, and disappointed to have spent so many years of my life only to be stuck. What happened to my big dream? This year has had me considering quitting, doing something else, or even just getting a job. Then just over a month ago I saw a social media clip of this guy explaining "break points" and revenue per employee. Something about his certainty engaged me. Now, after attending a People's Esentials and a 10X360 workshop I'm now so full of hope for the future, I know where to find the answers I've been seeking, and Im determined to make the changes in myself, my mindset, and my business that Brandon has helped me see I've been missing. This book outlines them beautifully, and its a must-read for anyone feeling stuck in business! After the workshops and now workingwithCardone Ventures Im still drinking from a firehouse and have a lot to do, but I'm determined to lean into it and make great things happen! Thank you, Brandon, for sharing your experience and wisdom. Now I'm off to go kill it!

I've been in business for 22 years and have struggled to find answers to the challenges that are inherent in running and growing. chief among them are people problems...in both performance and culture. Natalie addresses them beautifully. This book is jam-packed with answers, gems, and real tangible action items to implement immediately. I've already taken her People's Esentials workshop, and this just adds greater clarity to it all. Thanks, Natalie! This (hardcopy) will definitely be next to my desk to reference again and again.

the testimony Lucy provides is welcomed, beautiful, and heart wrenching at times. the only reason for not giving this account a 4 star rating was due to the reader who, IMO, was so over dramatic it was a constant distraction. I feel a calmer more sober reading would convey the message of Lucy's testimony better. There were also a number of words mispronounced

Not what I expected

I was hoping for an in depth reading and explanation of the different prophecies.This was more of a reader's Digest version, or a synopsis of the prophecies. While it covered many it wasn't as thorough as I was hoping for. For this reason I only gave it 4 stars

Remember what you've forgotten

Like so many business owners we put our heads down and get to work.Then sometime, 4, 5, maybe 10 years down the road we question why we're doing what we're doing. The passion we once had is gone. While this book can be a little slow at times, and the readers accent distracting, there are in it nuggets of gold that serve to clarify and remind oneself of the "why" that is so important in business and finding joy and fulfillment in ones work.
