Like I was relearning biology all over again! Loved it, very interesting and in my opinion accurate view. I really like how he reads it, it doesn't feel like he's reading a book, just talking to you.

Great starter

As a new Buddhist I found Jack's style of teaching phenomenal. He really made it easy to pick up and taught concepts, not monastical practices. Very easy to pop in the headphones and follow along on some of his guided meditations. Must read for anyone interested in meditation!

Really intriguing!

Sam Harris poses questions that many Christians cannot answer. He clearly disagrees with all religions and is atheist but that does not take away from his credibility. I am not a christian and still found this book very interesting. I really like his style of writing as well, it's more of a conversation then a letter/book. I suggest everyone read this book, even if you don't agree with it, even if you're a christian, you don't know if your faith is true faith unless you can question it.
