Historia
Twelve years after the grisly murder of her parents, Kaitlyn Delaney has finally found peace. She has friends, a good job, a place to call home and a new life to live. But then a shadow creeps in from Katie's past, reminding her that she will never completely escape its terrifying grip. When private investigator Dan Oliver is called to the scene of a gruesome crime in New Orleans, he can't help but hear echoes of the Delaney case, the unsolved murder that made him leave law enforcement. As he digs deeper, he unearths more chilling similarities.

Overall, I Enjoyed It
Revisado: 08-23-22
Entertaining book. I'll always enjoy the Krewe of Hunters series, although I do wish she would include more Krewe members in the storyline since they are a group. That's how the series first started. Another thing, who doesn't know how to pronounce beignet? That drove me nuts.

Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, doesn’t care much for witches. Still, he’s about to make nice with the local coven by signing a mutually beneficial nonaggression treaty - when suddenly the witch population in modern-day Tempe, Arizona, quadruples overnight. And the new girls are not just bad, they’re badasses with a dark history on the German side of World War II.

Storyline Getting Old
Revisado: 10-02-14
What did you like best about The Betrayed? What did you like least?
The setting and the dog.
Would you recommend The Betrayed to your friends? Why or why not?
Not really. Earlier Krewe books are better.
What aspect of Luke Daniels’s performance would you have changed?
Some of the male voices weren't up to par and I know he's better than that.
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Maybe...
Any additional comments?
Ms. Graham needs to end this series and start work on her McCafferty and Quinn books.

Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

Entertaining!
Revisado: 09-04-14
What made the experience of listening to Hounded the most enjoyable?
Luke Daniels' interpretation of all the characters was spot on.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Hounded?
Any scene with Oberon. I want a dog like him.
What about Luke Daniels’s performance did you like?
Everything. I've listened to a lot of books by Luke Daniels and he never disappoints. He really brought these characters to life.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Towards the end when Atticus finds out Hal and Oberon were kidnapped by the witches.
Any additional comments?
Great book! I bought the second one in this series and hope it's just as good. There were moments where I was literally laughing out loud. Just what I needed.

Historia
Devin Lyle has recently returned to the Salem area, but her timing couldn't be worse. Soon after she moved into the eighteenth-century cabin she inherited from her great-aunt Mina - her "crazy" great-aunt, who spoke to the dead - a woman was murdered nearby. Craig Rockwell - known as Rocky - is a new member of the Krewe of Hunters, the FBI's team of paranormal investigators. He never got over finding a friend dead in the woods. Now another body's been found in those same woods, not far from the home of a woman named Devin Lyle.

Becoming Predictable
Revisado: 08-05-14
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Not really. I would recommend one of the earlier Krewe of Hunter books. Unfortunately, there was no chemistry between the two leads in this book. Plus, the killer in these books are becoming more and more predictable.
Would you be willing to try another book from Heather Graham? Why or why not?
I've read almost all of Heather Graham's books.
What about Luke Daniels’s performance did you like?
Always love Luke Daniels.
Do you think The Hexed needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No follow up book needed.
Any additional comments?
I think it's time for Ms. Graham to disband the krewe of hunters and get working on the next book for the Quinn and Cafferty series.

Entertaining
Revisado: 08-05-14
Where does Fast Track rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Middle of the range. It was good, entertaining, but I've definitely listened to better by Ms. Garwood.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Cordelia - she was head strong without being stupid.
What does Tanya Eby bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I like Tanya Eby and she did a decent job. The Australian accents could have been better, but overall, it wasn't bad.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The beginning of the book with her father was very well written and touching.
Any additional comments?
Not a bad book. If you've read a lot of Ms. Garwood's books, then you'll know this isn't like her historical romance novels, which will always be my favorite genre by her. This storyline was better than the one for Sophie. Murder List, however, will be the best of this trilogy.

Historia
From #1 New York Times-best-selling author Nora Roberts comes a novel of a woman who needs nothing, a man who sees everything, and the web of deceit, greed, and danger that brings them together - and that could tear them apart… As a professional house-sitter and freelance writer, nothing ties Lila Emerson down - not her work, not a home, and definitely not a relationship. She spends her life moving from one job to the next, sometimes crashing at a friend's Manhattan apartment.

Good Read
Revisado: 06-12-14
Would you listen to The Collector again? Why?
Yes, the characters are very engaging and the narrator was really good.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Ash -- I thought his character was the most realistic.
Which character – as performed by Julia Whelan – was your favorite?
Lila - she did a really good job of bringing her to life.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes.
Any additional comments?
Overall, the book was really good. She kind of lost me at the end and Lila's character became really annoying. Almost wanted to stop listening (not giving anything away). But it was worth sitting through to get to the end.

Not Bad
Revisado: 06-05-14
What did you like best about The Cursed? What did you like least?
First of all, I'm not done with the book, but so far, it's pretty good. I have one complaint though, if Ms.Graham is going to use characters from other books, she needs to remember their relationship to each other. I read all 3 Bone Island trilogy books and David and Liam Beckett are cousins NOT brothers as she has them in this book. Also, in the book she refers to O'Hara's as O'Briens a couple of times. Sorry, a bit annoying.

Couldn't finish the book
Revisado: 04-11-14
Would you try another book from Heather Graham and/or Gayle Hendrix?
Normally love Heather Graham. The Cafferty & Quinn series is great, as well as the Krew of Hunters. But this book is awful.
Would you ever listen to anything by Heather Graham again?
Yes, I would.
What didn’t you like about Gayle Hendrix’s performance?
Male voices sucked.
What character would you cut from Hurricane Bay?
Kelsey, absolutely annoying. Strong women are great, but she was just stupid.
Any additional comments?
Yeah, skip this book. I couldn't get past chapter 3.

There is no escaping. Despite a floundering marriage, Megan O’Casey and her husband Finn still make good music together. Which is why they head to Salem, Massachusetts, Megan’s hometown - booked to perform a weeklong series of concerts culminating on Halloween. The locals - even Megan’s relatives - regard him strangely, with a distrust bordering on hatred.

Boring
Revisado: 04-03-14
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
A better story line.
Would you ever listen to anything by Heather Graham again?
I love Heather Grhaam's books and have read many of them. I just finished the 2nd book in the Cafferty & Quinn series and loved it. This one, however, was just boring.
Which character – as performed by Tanya Eby – was your favorite?
None. I couldn't connect to any of the characters. Found them all to be boring or annoying. If anything, the best part of this book is the fact the narrator was good.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment. Ms. Graham's books are usually well written.
Any additional comments?
Yeah, skip this one. Not worth the credit.
