Historia
Meditation has definitely saved running for me. But this was never the plan when I started running, and if you had asked me about meditation five years ago, my response would have mirrored so many other people's in suggesting meditation is nothing more than a waste of time, an excuse to sit still that my busy life did not give me the luxury to partake in.

Very Good Information

What made the experience of listening to Running Mindfully the most enjoyable?
This is a nice grassroots approach to running mindfully. I found it very accessible but with a very good message.

Historia
A poignant look at the disillusionment and angst of the post-World War I generation, The Sun Also Rises introduces two of Hemingway’s most unforgettable characters: Jake Barnes and Lady Brett Ashley. The story follows the flamboyant Brett and the hapless Jake as they journey from the wild nightlife of 1920s Paris to the brutal bullfighting rings of Spain with a motley group of expatriates. In his first great literary masterpiece, Hemingway portrays an age of moral bankruptcy, spiritual dissolution, unrealized love, and vanishing illusions.

My first real introduction to Hemingway. After this old man and the sea that is. Which I read in high school.I think William hurt did a good job and the story I believe is classic. Great insight into a fascinating time.
