Historia
Problem: Most Americans don't realize the potential gold mine in blue-collar business. By blue-collar business I mean a business providing a specialized service requiring a trained employee and manual labor. In my case it is chimney sweeping, but it can range from construction to gardening to plumbing and junk removal. There are literally thousands and thousands of opportunities, but many people don't consider blue-collar work as an option and are missing out as a result.

Misleading title
Revisado: 08-26-21
I appreciate any entrepreneurs that take time to educate others on their journey to enlightenment, as I do with Mark Stoner.
Unfortunately for me, I felt the story fell flat on its promise to teach how to build a company and instead felt like more of an auto biography of his life events with very little insight on how to run the day to day business. The best advise was given when he recommends the books of others to seek out their guidance.
If you’re looking for a book that helps get your head on straight and helps you to set a goal for your future, this is possibly the book for you. If you’re looking to learn how to build and manage a business, this just isn’t the book.

Historia
It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the 10th annual Hunger Games. In the Capitol, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to out charm, outwit, and outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute. The odds are against him. He’s been given the humiliating assignment of mentoring the female tribute from District 12, the lowest of the low.

Hard to get through
Revisado: 08-24-20
With it being a Hunger Games title, I suppose I expected a little more Hunger Games and a little less... filler?
The narrator failed to make an immersive experience and must now be kicking himself for not even attempting to sing the many songs in the book. There was little difference in the characters voices and the monotone voice didn’t help.
The story had not a single character that I cared for or a plot that I couldn’t wait to hear. Even during the most exciting points, the story felt dull with no interest in what was to happen next. Most of the book was predictable and when something unexpected happened it just wasn’t exciting.
I rarely write reviews with 3 stars but this book felt average at best.

It made me better

Just long enough to have depth in its teachings and short enough that any listener can get through it. As a seasoned seller, I found this book to add more depth to my sales and tools for my bag of communication

something different
Revisado: 03-10-16
An average everyday girl gets taken by surprise and her world is flipped upside down in a world she never imagined. There were a few parts in the book that got a little steamy and when they did the author did a great job of making you picture it, but for the most part it's all story. The narrator however, didn't make me feel emotion at all. In my opinion she was very monotone even when there should be yelling or screaming. All together, worth the credit but I don't see myself purchasing the next in the series.
