Riveting investigation of a cold case

Even though this title is 32 hours long, I couldn't stop listening and the time seemed to fly by. This is probably the most interesting case in the series yet, and certainly the most unexpected ending. There are very satisfying developments in the characters' personal lives.
I cannot recommend the Cormoran Strike series highly enough to anyone looking for contemporary detective stories. Start from book 1, The Cuckoo's Calling. Readers should be warned, however, that some of the crimes described can be quite grisly.

An engaging look at an interesting character

This is a well-researched and thorough examination of the life of Howard Hughes and the people in his orbit. It is never boring. I highly recommend it to anybody who is interested in Hollywood history, or a fan of the author's other work, notably, the You Must Remember This podcast.

A great third novel in the Cormoran Strike series. As expected, another wonderful performance by Robert Glenister. Readers familiar with the series will immediately realize there is something different about this book which adds another layer of intrigue and mystery.
