I received this free audiobook in exchange for an honest review. I found this book to be an okay read. I feel that the characters needed further development. The setting was a college campus in Hawaii and I found it somewhat unusual that the author tells us very little about the beauty of Hawaii and its unique culture. The professors seemed to be very immature and not very professor-like and the students seemed to act more like high school students. The story seemed to be shallow and the dialogue and characters at times seemed artificial and awkward.

Another Great Steve Gannon Novel

I received this free audiobook from the author in exchange for an honest review. I was hooked from the first chapter and had difficulty pulling myself away. George Kuch does an excellent job as narrator and I found him easy to listen to. This is another exciting and action packed police thriller by Steve Gannon. It is obvious that Steve Gannon has done a great deal of research into police work and serial killers. The characters are fully developed. The author lets us see a very human and vulnerable side of Dan Kane, his doubts and insecurities. He also lets us see the dynamics within the Kane family, their secrets, losses, love for each other, and relationships. I’m anxious to read the next book in this series to see what develops next in the Kane family.

Action packed technical

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Patriot Paradox?

When they heard the helicopter coming.

What does Kevin Pierce bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The changes in his tone of voice as he changes character and his tonal interpretation of action. I found him easy to listen to.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I found it very difficult to turn off.

I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys an action packed, fast moving techno thriller.

Where does The Grecian Manifesto rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This was one of the better audiobooks out of hundreds that I've listened to over the years.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character was The President. He was portrayed very differently than I always pictured The President of the United States.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was the scene in the underwater cave.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Searching for the lost Eye of Zeus.

A great Sean Wyatt thriller. This book is full of action, adventure, and suspense and the author does an excellent job of developing the characters. I found it difficult to turn off once I started listening.
