Worth the listen if you plan to start a publishing company or plan to self-publish something. It would make a good reference book, which is why I plan to get the paperback later. Narrator's performance was good. I have self-published two books before and soon will publish a comic book series on Kickstarter. This book gave a me a lot of good advice on how to succeed in publishing.

Historia
In his gripping memoir, Cory Reese offers a compelling and vulnerable insight into the pervasive destruction of depression. Drawing on lessons learned over a decade of ultramarathon running, Stronger than the Dark offers a powerful new approach in the battle against depression: the willingness to embrace suffering. Inspiring
Revisado: 04-21-22
I listened this book while running. I found the parts about running very interesting, and I appreciate Cory Reese being so honest and open about the struggles in his life. I have listed all his three books, and this one has some extra interviews at the end. I think it's was a good idea. Keep up the good work!

Historia
At the verge of turning 40, Peter Sagal - brainiac Harvard grad, short, bald Jew with a disposition toward heft, and a sedentary star of public radio - started running seriously. And much to his own surprise, he kept going, faster and further, running 14 marathons and logging tens of thousands of miles on roads, sidewalks, paths, and trails all over the US and the world, including the 2013 Boston Marathon, where he crossed the finish line moments before the bombings.

Very enjoyable book. Funny humor and some good advice on running. Very good narration by the author. Writing this review while cooling down from a 10k run.

Listened this as my first audio book. Think I'm now hooked for Audible for life. The book itself was excellent. Very inspiring and covered the subject in great detail. Will be reading / listening other books from the same author next.
