I will never be the same
Revisado: 06-28-23
I am so deeply touched by Andreas word, she is a gift from God, sent here to help us all with being human. I also have an intense fear of death, wondering about my consciousness and will I still be me. So grateful….so moved…

Revisado: 05-19-23
I am a few years older than you, and blessed to still have my sassy 92 year old (today 💝) mumsee nearby! I love the fact that you are bringing forward to the world the wisdom of older women who are such a resource that we mostly neglect, particularly in this country. You GO woman!!! Love ya, katlynn

Historia
Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing; caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace. On We Can Do Hard Things, Glennon Doyle, author of UNTAMED; her wife Abby Wambach; and her sister Amanda Doyle do the only thing they’ve found that has ever made life easier: Drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard things including sex, ...

Gaslighting
Revisado: 04-25-23
I absolutely love you all, and can hardly wait for Tuesday and Thursday! A lot of your podcasts hit me deeply, but the gaslighting episode hit the hardest. I got married at 18 to a 20 year old porn addict who convinced me for the next 30 years that I was all the things Dr Stern said, weak, crazy, emotional, unstable, unattractive… I finally realized what was going on in our marriage in 2006 when I saw an episode of Oprah talking about porn addiction. From that moment on, I knew that it WAS all him and not me! We spent the next decade in Recovery and counseling, and are still married after 47 years. I realized that I still hold a LOT of resentment toward him, mostly for the close, supportive and loving marriage I missed out on for 30 years. I would love it if you could have a podcast on porn addiction and the toll it takes on the spouse. I can’t say a meaningful enough Thankyou to you all!
