One of the best compilations of NDE’s

I enjoyed this book immensely-loved the clarity and analyzation with scripture and commentary-exciting to see across the board the experiences and good that await those who love Jesus Christ!
I don’t want to diminish any of this; but the narrator would have better served the listener in the reading of this book by not trying to change into the voice of each character. I have personally met and spent a bit of time with two of the people portrayed in the compilations- and one of them had their name mispronounced repeatedly and the voice imitation was way off-on more than just this individual. Now also, with videos on YouTube to observe the people sharing with their real voice-we are more informed as we listen to them. There were mispronunciations of words in the reading as well that were distracting. I’m very sorry as I know the narrator is sincere and otherwise can read well-but it would served the listener better to avoid the ‘acting’ out of the voice of the people-just read normally. A man trying to imitate a woman or a child comes off rather cringy. So because of that I’m buying the hard copy to not have to let the narrator interpret the voice of the person as I want to pour over it again .
It can be left to our imagination as we enjoy the story given in straight text. Please, narrators, study correct pronunciations of words and names, then ONLY if you truly can portray an exact imitation of a persons voice -just read the content straight. Thank you..

This is one of the finest, most intelligent, cogent, comprehensive writing on the crazy twisted dialogue environment we face today in public discourse. Don't let the title 'fool' you-it uncovers the thoughts and roots behind the arguments put out against God -but not only in a style all his own, and on par with CS Lewis, Os Guinness creatively answers AND brings out the essence Biblically of the true purpose and motive that is behind the 'persuade in love' mode that effective and true apologetics should operate in. I am going to read it again and again as a reference--stimulated my heart as well as wonderful brilliance for the mind!!
