This story from Mr. Bledsoe was very informative and amazing to hear. I would love to actually meet him one day and hear more from him. I will never listen to "The Fake Cowboy" podcast again, because he is very rude and doesn't have an open mind to other people's beliefs and SCIENCE.

I wasn't sure when I picked this one, but I am so happy I did. I truly enjoyed this book. It is so important to not forget our history and to remember how people of color and poverty were treated not that long ago. (unfortunately we still have a way to go with that). I loved this one.

I absolutely recommend this book! I loved hearing all about Tia's family and all their adventures with their doggie companions and stories of Villalobos rescue. Thank the Gods and Goddesses for this strong, smart, loving bunch of heros for all they are doing for the Underdogs
