I love both. They are great narrators and I can automatically buy whatever books they narrate.

First of all the whole series should be in film. Secondly, the tag line would be "Love Conquers All".

I love the female character, she is spunky, a firecracker, and snarky.

Hearing the back story to what created the chaos.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Destroyed?

When he spends time with his son.

Alexander's character was my favorite. It took me a lot to understand the female character.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I did not like the lie the main female character tells, how she treats others and it made me want to initially reach through the book.

Yes this book was great from the beginning to the end.

There were too many to count. Best friend relationships need to be nurtured.

When Holden sees her for the first time in 4 years.

Yes I would. This book has the right amount of Love and comic relief.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Although not the main character, the niece was one of my favorites. She is smart beyond her years and so brutally honest it made me laugh out loud.

What about Alexandra R. Josephs and Chris Chappell ’s performance did you like?

I loved the way their voices meshed. They give great presence to the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did listen to it in one sitting.

What made the experience of listening to Love in Between the most enjoyable?

The characters. They are unique and heartbreaking at times. Each one having survived and overcome adversity.

What other book might you compare Love in Between to and why?

I believe each book that I review stands on its own merit. Comparisons between other books would not be fair to the authors that write them.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was when his niece "interrupts them". It made me laugh. She was smart beyond her years and oh so funny. I love her bluntness.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The HEA always move me. True love does prevail and not just in books.

I never get compensated for any of my reviews and have not been offered this or any other book for free in exchange for my review. Yes I give a lot of high marks, but that is mainly because if it not good I can't bring myself to finish.

OMG Fabulous Listen

Where does Sexy Lies and Rock & Roll rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is one of the best books I have listened to in a long while.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love both Emma and Ethan. I loved to see the transformation of Emma from an unsure, insecure new lawyer to someone with tenacity and poise. I also loved the transformation from one night stand cocky rock star to Ethan being true to himself, loving only one woman and being willing to finally fight for her.

What does Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are go to narrators for me. I often buy an audiobook based only on the fact that they are the narrators. They deliver the true heart and soul of each book they narrate.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes, Tyler's behavior made me extremely mad for all that he was willing to do which ended up hurting Ethan and sad for Ethan who ultimately lost who he thought was his best friend. I was so glad that he was left at a rest area.

This is definitely worth the credit I spent on it.
