A reference list, disguised as a book!
Revisado: 06-04-23
Garbage! An irritating, AI sounding voice reading off bulleted lists of references to other people’s work and books. This is becoming a trend with books on Audible! My fault though. I should have looked up the title prior to purchasing it. Won’t happen again!

Historia
Depression rates around the world have skyrocketed in the 20‑plus years since Richard O'Connor first published his classic book on living with and overcoming depression. Nearly 40 million American adults suffer from the condition, which affects nearly every aspect of life, from relationships to job performance, physical health, productivity, and, of course, overall happiness. And in an increasingly stressful and overwhelming world, it's more important than ever to understand the causes and effects of depression, and what we can do to overcome it.

Just a list of common sense
Revisado: 06-02-23
A basic list of everything, that anyone who struggles with, already knows. Like someone took notes from everyone else work then literally listed the issues out. Nothing useful to help those who’s mind is already in chaos or actually structure and implement these things. Waste!

Historia
The Courage to Be Disliked, already an enormous best seller in Asia with more than 3.5 million copies sold, demonstrates how to unlock the power within yourself to be the person you truly want to be. Using the theories of Alfred Adler, one of the three giants of 20th-century psychology, The Courage to Be Disliked follows an illuminating conversation between a philosopher and a young man. The philosopher explains to his pupil how each of us is able to determine our own life, free from the shackles of past experiences, doubts, and the expectations of others.

Interpersonal Irritant
Revisado: 04-11-23
I finished the book, only because I’m a glutton for punishment. There was probably some good information buried under the terrible dialog and the circles they spoke in. But the angry man baby’s voice and personality were difficult to listen too.
Spoiler alert: It really doesn’t matter if the student has the courage or not! 😳
