Historia
We last saw Easy in 2007’s Blonde Faith, fighting for his life after his car plunges over a cliff. True to form, the tough WWII veteran survives, and soon his murderous sidekick Mouse has him back cruising the mean streets of L.A., in all their psychedelic 1967 glory, to look for a young black man, Evander "Little Green" Noon, who disappeared during an acid trip. Fueled by an elixir called Gator’s Blood, brewed by the conjure woman Mama Jo, Easy experiences a physical, spiritual, and emotional resurrection, but peace and love soon give way to murder and mayhem.

Historia
Samantha is a stranger in her own life. Until the night she disappeared with her best friend Cassie, everyone said Sam had it all - popularity, wealth, and a dream boyfriend. Sam has resurfaced, but she has no recollection of who she is or what happened to her that night. As she tries to piece together her life from before, Sam realizes that it's one she no longer wants any part of. The old Sam took "mean girl" to a whole new level, and it's clear that she and Cassie were more like best enemies.

Loved This Series
Revisado: 10-10-13
Where does Requiem rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I recently started reading Young Adult Dystopian literature. While waiting for the last Divergent book novel I decided to start this Series. Loved it! Sarah Drew is amazing. Only thing I didn't like about this book and series is the ending. But it was entertaining.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Requiem?
I like the story about Hana and how she was still true to herself. I like the conversation she had with her mom.
What about Sarah Drew’s performance did you like?
I like her voices and especially the parts of the stories when she is yelling or imitating the guys. She really brought the characters to life.
