Historia
In this book, we travel inside Emily's and Paul's brains as they attempt to sort the vast quantities of information they're presented with, figure out how to prioritize it, organize it, and act on it. Fortunately for Emily and Paul, they're in good hands: David Rock knows how the brain works - and more specifically, how it works in a work setting. Rock shows how it's possible for Emily and Paul, and thus the listener, not only to survive in today's overwhelming work environment but succeed in it - and still feel energized and accomplished at the end of the day.

Would you listen to Your Brain at Work again? Why?
Yes- I like the way the story was laid out
What did you like best about this story?
It wasn't the story by itself I liked, but the story was the vehicle to carry the message of the book. It was a perfect fit between a story to relate to, the depth of content of the book, and how to use this information in real life situations.
Which scene was your favorite?
No favorites yet
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
For me- I probably couldnt listen in one sitting- there is an immense amount of great content.
Any additional comments?
I have bought three more print versions so far- one for me to make notes in and two to give to co-workers. It is definitely a book I am talking about with others.
