Ok, so book and narrator are great, BUT, author not writing series fast enough, MUST WRITE FASTER.
I'm 75 years old and have read or listened to well over 7,000 books in my life, but very few leave me walking around laughing out loud. Excellent work so keep it up, just write faster, I don't want to die before series concludes.
Thanks for great entertainment.

I have listened to over 600 audio books, and this Narrator is by far the absolute WORST I have ever listened to. Constant correction repeats, mispronunciations, and why in the world would you choose a male reader when primary character is a woman. The series seems good but I can't listen to any more of these books because of the narrator.

I've only listened to the first book in the series but have purchased the others already. I'm a 70 year old fart who has read somewhere between 6,000 and 7,000 novels in my lifetime, so it's hard to find really good new approaches to a novel. And, I am sucker for the underdog type characters, so this was great. Being American who sounds like a trailer park Texan, I find British readers hard to follow sometimes, but this was easy to understand. Also reading (listening to) British books provides me with lot of new vocabulary words and I love the differences in American and British pronunciations of common words, so that's a plus too.
Good story, good reader, great characters, and nice surprise ending.
