Tasha does a nice job of illustrating through numerous examples the power of going beyond ourselves to solicit input from others on how we're showing up and what we can do to be better. This is helpful for anyone looking to develop both personally and professionally. She provides helpful tips and tools to gather candid feedback in order to be the best you. I would recommend this book to those that have plateaued in their own development and are looking for ways to push through to the other side.
