Honestly enjoyed it, I'm a little disappointed that the ladderboard is gone however, while im sure the mc is the undisputed champion it was still entertaining to see the supporting characters compete for spots. love the competition arcs tho like the treasure hunt and the towers of ascension hoping to see more like that in the future.

Pretty good first book

enjoyed this first book my only issue with it would be the fact that everything fell a bit too easily into the MC's lap he always had great skills to choose from and he always had a skill he considered optimal waiting for him, rarely did we see an instance where he hated all the skills he was given, but chose the best of a bad thing. Other than the fact that his advancement seemed a bit too convient this was a pretty good first book.
