another his installment
Revisado: 11-21-14
I enjoyed this story. Harry Bosch is close to his retirement and training a new partner.
they are working on a cold case which links to another one that is close to the partner.
I took a star off for the "cliff Hanger" which seems to be the new fashion. authors do not need to have an unfinished ending to get readers (listeners) to get the next one.
I had no problem with the new narrator. It was not the usual one but the reading was up to par.

Historia
Bonnie and Clyde, they thought. And what's-his-name, the sidekick. Three teenagers with dead-end lives, and chips on their shoulders, and guns. The first person they killed was a highway patrolman. The second was a woman during a robbery. Then, hell, why not keep on going? As their crime spree cuts a swath through rural Minnesota, some of it captured on the killers' cell phones and sent to a local television station, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigator Virgil Flowers joins the growing army of cops trying to run them down.

I love John Sandford and I love Virgil -- a great addition to his story -- this is probablly no the best one to start with -- the backstory is already pretty well defined
if you love a good listen here it is

Historia
Professional “cleaner” Jonathan Quinn has a new client and an odd job: Find and remove the remains of a body hidden 20 years ago inside the walls of a London building, before the building is demolished. But Quinn and his team are being watched. Suddenly caught in the cross fire between two dangerous rivals, Quinn must unravel the identity of the body and why it still poses so great a threat even in death. Because a plot stretching from the former Soviet Union to Hong Kong, from Paris to London, from Los Angeles to Maine, is rapidly falling apart.

I really enjoyed this book. I like the story of Pendergas and his sidekick --
I am not sure why the story of his ward was included - though it was good
