This book is just perfect for mother's every where no matter if your that PTA mom who looks to have it all together or the late every where mom. It's funny and the narration is spot on! She really made the book come alive with perfect sarcastic delivery. Everything crazy feeling about motherhood​ delivered with a witty story line and great characters. Congratulations Bunmi Laditan! PS make sure to have Tara Sands narrate your next one. She totally gets you.

a history of South Africa

not your typical autobiography but a retelling of stories from childhood growing up in South Africa. it was very well told very entertaining and a great look into a world so different from the one I grew up in. he really went through telling you just how much division there was and I can't imagine having grown up in that. it was an amazing story

narration was great and the story was as well. I didn't know this was one of 3 books. I hope the rest of the series is as good if not better. Definitely worth the time.

Same Ol' love story

I struggled to finish it. The female narrator's voice was way too old sounding for the character's supposed age. The same old damsel in distress story is so obvious and totally overused. The introspection was over the top dramatic. There was no ordinary conversation between the lovers, just conversation about their love/lust for each other. It was absurd to think that they had anything other than a physical and lustful connection. Bullocks!

I love every one of this series but this one blew me away! I love the ending everything. I really want more. everything made sense and just was so wow! I can't even say how great it was . I'm going to miss these guys. maybe Sanderson can get a spin off series going.

I have read this book 2 times and I liked it, however after listening to it be read in a breathy voice with really bad renditions of male voices I now cant imagine why I liked it. The characters are kind of ridiculous and the story line started one place and ended up someplace totally different. This did not bother me when reading this book but after listening, this kind of reminds me of one of those ideas that sounded good in theory but once you started telling others about it kind of sounded dumb instead. I keep forgetting that I dont like the narrtors voice. she makes everything sound like im listening in on a sexy phone call. And the men sound girly dumb or like hillbillys.

I have to say that I have read this book MANY times. I love the series but I could hardly get past listening to this. The narrator made the men in the book sound like whiny nasaly adolescent geeks. Or old stuffy diplomats. There was no in between. I hated everytime a new male character would come on the scene. The story is great, kind of reminds me of Jessica Alba's tv show Dark Angel that came out when I was a teen.

great travel story

Loved it! We listened to this while on a long road trip and it was absolutly amazing!! kept us engaged and wanting more. Couldnt wait to get back on the road just to listen. The narrator was great and the main character was both funny and intelligent. The only suggestion I have is dont read this before going hiking as I did. I was paranoid that the birds were out to get me!! LOL
