gus McRae is the central character in this book. Lee Horsely does an absolutely awful version of his voice in this audio book compared to that provided by Robert Duvall in the movie. Absolutely awful.

Nice short story, nice narration. Sometimes less is more. This is the type of sort story you would have found in a magazine (remember those?) in the 60s or 79s. Felt sorry for jack junior,
