Historia
What is the secret to being happy? Does happiness come from outside us or do we need to look within? Can meditation help? Gelong Thubten has worked with everyone from Silicon Valley entrepreneurs to Ruby Wax and Benedict Cumberbatch. In his warm and engaging debut book he explores the nature of happiness and explains how to bring meditation into our busy 21st-century lives with simple yet effective exercises. Gelong Thubten, Buddhist monk, meditation teacher and author, has always been fascinated by the question of happiness.

Best meditation book for atheism
Revisado: 07-17-19
Being an atheistic Buddhist, this is one of the best book I ever read with good explanation for beginner also providing interesting insights for advanced practitioners with easy language and slight of humour.
It makes meditation sounds practical & interesting. Some scientific explanation gives a good reason for people just to try it and experience it yourself, which is also the truly concept of Buddhism as to experience it by ourself instead of religious / dualistic following.
The book has put me back to my daily Vipassana practice and truly “advanced” my experience during my recent vipassana retreat and daily micro moment.
