I'm not the most motivated person on the planet and Mondays are hard for me. And Wednesdays? Full on procrastination, just looking at the clock at work wondering why it's not Friday yet. Sometimes I realize that I'm wishing my life away instead of getting excited about being alive and having opportunities. Perspective and habits are so extremely important, I suppose they can't be stressed enough. Great program!

A lot of people around me don't think like this. I wasn't raised by people who thought like this. So it's no wonder it's a bit foreign to me. And by foreign I also mean intriguing and I'd like it to become MY natural thought pattern.

I'm always talking women up... whether it's a colleague or a family member or friend. I'm always telling them to stop saying negative things about themselves and pointing out how impressive they are. But.... I tend to forget to do that for myself. I even don't take compliments that easily. I'm working on that. This program is something I need to listen to and internalize.

After trying this I did notice my idea of what was just the right amount of food was changing. I just didn't want enormous portions. Little mental hack to win the race!

Getting to my ideal weight has been a constant struggle, but it's mainly my love of junk food and nonlove of exercise. I like how this program helps me think more positively about healthy food and moving my body. It's a step (or a few steps) in the right direction for me.

It's been a long journey for me for becoming a more confident person. Sometimes I feel great about my self and don't need any help at all. Other days, I'm a mess. I don't believe in my self. It's helpful to have this audio to just listen to when I'm feeling down and am done feeling stuck.
