I found myself wishing the story was longer. Very engaging. I think this will be a repeat listen.

Fans have long wondered what happened to Ahsoka after she left the Jedi Order near the end of the Clone Wars and before she reappeared as the mysterious Rebel operative Fulcrum in Rebels. Finally her story will begin to be told. Following her experiences with the Jedi and the devastation of Order 66, Ahsoka is unsure she can be part of a larger whole ever again. But her desire to fight the evils of the Empire and protect those who need it will lead her right to Bail Organa - and the Rebel Alliance.

Well Read and Entertaining
Revisado: 07-11-19
I liked this book. The actress who reads for Ahsoka's character in the animated series The Clone Wars does a great job re-creating a Star Wars episodic feel, and I felt right at home listening. I haven't always liked Ahsoka's character while she was a youth, but as she's grown in this book, I could identify with her thought process better. The story was enjoyable but not epic. I'll probably listen to this book again in the future but not right away.

Historia
An exclusive hotel on a tiny picturesque island seems to be the ideal retreat for Hercule Poirot from the stresses of criminal detection. But with the appearance of the beautiful Arlena Stuart, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere becomes charged with an indefinable erotic tension. And when she is found viciously strangled in a secluded cove, there are few, especially among the women, who seem to feel either surprise or regret.

The dramatized version really brings the characters to life. One of my favorites audiobooks. Well done.

I enjoyed this story. Some of the narrative voice characterization is not very good but not often.

Historia
A mysterious island. An abandoned orphanage. A strange collection of very curious photographs. As our story opens, a horrific family tragedy sets 16-year-old Jacob journeying to a remote island off the coast of Wales, where he discovers the ruins of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As Jacob explores its abandoned bedrooms and hallways, it becomes clear that the children were more than just peculiar. They may have been dangerous. And somehow—impossible though it seems—they may still be alive.

Imaginative Story. Good Listen.
Revisado: 05-24-16
This book was interesting. The characters are likeable and quite peculiar. The narrator was ok, except for voice of Miss Peregrine, which didn't do this fascinating character justice. I loved the back drop of WWII. I will listen to this book again after I finish the series.
