Talking Dogs, enough said!
Revisado: 08-22-24
Talking dogs, Military Action and Space Adventure, I’m in! Although, I thought, was hoping the evil alien race would be talking cats, I thoroughly enjoyed both the story and narration! Jeremy Robinson’s books are always great, I’ve read or listened to almost everyone, and I’ve listened to several books performed by Tom Taylorson’s, and his voice always adds to the story!

Strap in for the opening salvo of the ARISEN: Operators epic—the biggest and most explosive ARISEN adventure yet and the untold story of the pipe-hitting operators of the Unified Special Operations Command during the first two years of the Zulu Alpha. To have any chance of reaching safety in Fortress Britain, Master Sergeant Yaël Sion must first escape the collapsing gravity well of Israel as it's devoured from within by merciless jihadi fighters, striking in the chaos of rampaging hordes of infected civilians, all in a global pandemic spiraling out of control.

Revisado: 08-14-24
I love the arisen series, Arisen Raiders and The original, and this is another great addition to it, although I dislike the main character.

Action, Science, Science fiction!
Revisado: 04-07-24
I have read and/or listened to all of Andrew and Wilson's books, and this is just another on a long list of great titles. This is packed with the military action, we have come to expect from the authors mixed with the science of Interstellar! I can't wait for the next book in the series.

love the author, love the narrator, love the story
Revisado: 09-03-23
I love this series, and this book was fantastic! My only complaint is that Jonathan Mayberry keeps reiterating Joe's backstory word for word in every book, he also does this with other main character descriptions as well, as if we are new readers. I wish he would instead give us more backstory on Mr. Church, or the veil which he hinted to at the end of RTI 2. Other than that, I love the series and can't wait for the next one!

Nils Shapiro accepts what appears to be an easy, lucrative job: find out if Beverly Mayer’s grandson is foolishly throwing away his trust fund in Hollywood, especially now, in the wake of his fiancée’s tragic death. However, that easy job becomes much more complicated once Nils arrives in Los Angeles, a disorienting place where the sunshine hides dark secrets. Great story, narration was lacking
Revisado: 03-24-23
I loved the first 3 books in the series, the combination of the story and narrator were great. This book had a great story but the narration was weird, the narrator was fine for the main characters voice but all the supporting characters sounded like slower speaking versions of Forest Gump. it was annoying and took away from the story

Should be the Declan Accords
Revisado: 12-06-22
I use to be a big fan of this series, until Declan become all powerful, and it became the Declan Accords and stopped having anything to do with demons and the main characters I got interested in the series in the first place.

another great book from one of my favorite authors
Revisado: 10-16-22
As, I expected, as Steve McHugh is the author of one of my favorite series, he delivers once again with a great story with familiar characters. Even though, I would really like Steve to write a Hades series in similar fashion, maybe along the lines of how all the other Gods and Goddesses came to fear him, this is just as great of a back story.

Choice. Such a simple word cloaked by unseen consequences that only become clear once a decision has been made. John is given an impossible choice but can see the outcomes as if only a sheer veil playfully obscured the consequences—teasing untold guilt and pain no matter the decision. The knife hurts more when you see it coming. A king’s life hangs in the balance, suspended between life and death in a frozen prison. The fate of two worlds awaits an outcome.

PRETERNATURAL, take that Capt. America!
Revisado: 08-04-22
Capt America, who looks an awful lot like the Human torch, may think PRETERNATURAL is an @$$hole word, but I think it's a great Fantasy series. It's so great, I actually read the books and listen to the audiobooks, especially since it's narrated by that Jack Daniels guy. However, if you don't like vampires that don't sparkle, are hundreds of years old and don't have haircuts like the high school girls they pine over, and love to quote movies, or you don't like well written books that are hilarious and action packed with a bit of drama and suspense to balance it out, or you just don't like life and the awesome things in it, this series isn't for. That is all, carry on!

I love this series, but...
Revisado: 12-09-21
The Demon Accords is one of my favorite series, and this is a solid addition, but... there are a few things I dislike about how the story is developing. One, I don't like how it has become more the Declan Accords, and he seemingly had become more powerful than the two main heroes of the story, so powerful that he defeats the enemy single handed, leaving me to wonder why even have the other characters in this story involved at all. There is this build up of anticipation to this great battle with this devasting enemy that never happens and is anti-climatic because Declan wipes them out with a single spell. I still enjoyed most of the book and will continue to read and follow the series.
