I went to a Montessori magnet school growing up and work at a school that uses some Montessori practices. I found some great activities I plan to use with students and kids I work with and am excited to implement them in this crazy new world we live in.

It was fun to listen to had interesting ideas and explanations throughout...I read palms at our History fair during school.....the kids loved it.

This is an amazing book filled with information. So be sure to read it a few times. Many books give you the basics in a standard format - you sort of loose interest after a while. This is in an interactive format which is easy to read and also holds your interest at the same time.

The book starts with a basic explanation and overview and heads into more depth in each section. There are exercises and journaling instructions as well as helpful tips on things to try out and practice to see if a given therapy might help you.

I work in accounting for a small, local business. I've had a few year's experiences now, but there are still some things I'd like to understand more. I liked how the aforementioned audible laid out the expectations with accounting, especially in a manner as not to give false expectations on its appearance.

I have listened to many audibles and they are all so complicated and the writer assumes your a professional in meditating. But this book starts at the very beginning with easy to accomplish exercises that don't leave you feeling that you can't do them. This book is the perfect starting point for a novice.

I enjoyed listening to this because it was short and to the point. His writing is very fluid, entertaining, and the information is very clear. The writer gets right to the point tells you what works from his experience and he's right on the mark because I have been where he was and I too have had the same questions.

This book is a shining Light of clarity for me. It seems every time I face a problem in my life, the next chapter of this book, as I am listening to it, explains the Kabbalah's view and gives me the insights I need to recognize my blocks in the particular situation
