This book was one long, mind-meltingly redundant pseudo-scientific monologue that drove home the fact that disease is linked to improper breathing techniques, which have also given rise to physiological deformities and how they are a viscious cycle of degeneration. Where was the chapter that outlines procedure for at-home or self-remediation? There wasn't one. because the purpose of this book was to sell you courses. I'm really uspet that I actually paid for this. I believe that fluid isometrics is actually valid, but this type of content belongs on a free 20min youtube series, not in a misleadingly-titled paid "book."

Decent Exploration of Substantive Qualities

Mired with caveats and contradictions, I thought this was overall a good purchase and listen. On one hand the author frames the experience with "must do and must nots" in a very dogmatic fashion, and on the other hand tends to criticize the dogma in the vein of "experience this journey in your own way." I'm not sure he realized he was doing this, but it's like, ok here comes another westerner who spends a great deal of time devoted to the caveats of the folly of western mentalities and stressing how ayahuasca ought only to be done with an Amazonian shaman, and then making great effort to display how we as westerners must be wary of shamans and only pick a "good one"... If you want to take ayahuasca in your living room and tread cautiously into the inner and out realms of spirit and reality, please go ahead.

not much about mf investing, more sales dogma

IF YOU LIKE LISTENING TO BOOKS IN ALL CAPS, HECK, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!!!!! YEEHAAAW, PARDNERS, LET 'ER RIP N GIT 'ER DONE!!!!! BEAU BEERY'S ECSTATIC, DOGMATIC, TIRED OLD SALES MANTRA RELIGIOSITY IS WHERE... IT'S... AAAT!!!

Nah, but for real, there are some good takeaways and insights to help someone manage their business in general, but there is almost no information regarding multi-family investing specifically. this is more of a look into the philosophy of a sales junkie who, I'll readily admit, has a methodology that can absolutely grant success.

Not a complete waste of time, but I think there may be some superior titles out there.

A huge purpose of this book I felt was to air his passive aggressive grievances with troublesome and idiosyncratic investors whose behavior irked him over the years, and it felt like long moralistic sermon at times, preaching to the less-than-holy deal-seeking investor.

That said, I'd like to hand it to Beau for doing what he's passionate about and getting it out there.

really hot for women and men

a very fun steamy short story that had my heart going. recently my wife and i have decided to think about adding another guy to our mix, maybe two at times. this was sexy, fun, and it also lent some tips and reminders in its tone and delivery: hey guys, newsflash, women want this kinda thing! not all, but many... helps to remind the listener that this is an arrangement only for the bravest and most secure guys- the hottest type to most women. also, it gave aome good examples and reminders of the first and foremost concept behind this whole type of arrangement where the focal point is one women with several men: this is about her. help her have fun, feel safe, and to all the women out there: you have the power and you can use it with benevolence and not hurt. have fun and enjoy yourself, and interact with your harem of studs- ask them if they love this move or that move. they will fall into a trance of primal directives, and they will know without you needing to even speak it: they need you, and you allow them to have pleasure when you say. no need to deny or dominate, the men who are sharing you are going to learn to love that you are really a source of inspiration and theyre easily tamed and embracing of the idea that theyre just so grateful for you. great book, and no derogatory language or degradation. just positive.
