Lou Gehrig is regarded as the greatest first baseman in baseball history. Shy and socially awkward, Gehrig was a misfit on a Yankee team that included drinkers and hell-raisers, most notably Babe Ruth.

Historia
From 1962 until 1992, Johnny Carson hosted The Tonight Show and permeated the American consciousness. In the ’70s and ’80s he was the country’s highest-paid entertainer and its most enigmatic. He was notoriously inscrutable, as mercurial (and sometimes cruel) off-camera as he was charming and hilarious onstage. During the apex of his reign, Carson’s longtime lawyer and best friend was Henry Bushkin, who now shows us Johnny Carson with a breathtaking clarity and depth that nobody else could.

more perspectives on Johnny
Revisado: 10-30-20
always having been a Johnny Carson fan I love reading the different perspectives and views from different relationships he had in life he certainly was an insecure person but and did things maybe we would not condone but many people do I think it's interesting to see how he manipulated his life as much as possible to be what he needed but was still miserable dying with 450 million dollars.

In an ageing Chevrolet Chevette, he drove nearly 14,000 miles through 38 states to compile this hilarious and perceptive state-of-the-nation report on small-town America.

Pessimistic view of the continental USA
Revisado: 06-29-20
Though there are a few moments of comic value, this is such a pessimistic view of some of the best parts of this country. Besides that, he labels Montana as empty, and a waste of space. This perspective was after visiting one small corner of Montana. Too bad he missed the dynamic views of the Rocky Mountains, the fun, friendly and interesting town of Bozeman Montana, and floating down the Madison River to name a few. I don't think he enjoyed any part of the USA. I have been to 35 states in the US, I could not believe the negative points brought up and never hearing anything about the beautiful, fun places I have experienced. I wish I would have the time that he had for such a road trip to visit ALL these states, I think my appreciation would be so much more appreciated

Great Attitude Adjustment Review
Revisado: 06-19-19
If you are a PMA fan, this is all old news to you, but a refresher never hurts, Just because we 'know" the concepts does not mean we don't need to be reminded of them to get "back on the bus". The scenario, probably would not ever really happen in the way it is portrayed, but the story makes it very relatable. Attitudes we see in ourselves and others are made visual, plain and simple to identify.
An attitude review is never a bad thing for anyone!
