What a tremendously blessed man!! To have insight & guidance from two different perspectives (each successful in their own application of their knowledge) & have the presence of mind & maturity to not only know the difference but to make the right choice AND stay the course until achieved. Recognizing & choosing to play the long game is truly an intelligent & mature choice. Upon acquiring the initial knowledge we have have a significant portion of the influence & direction of our lives. Truly blessed to have begun this journey at 66!

In an age when many write books about their life experiences David Goggins has gone SEVERAL STEPS further. One instance of this is laying yourself open COMPLETELY for all to see & experience.
Coming from an unbelievably repressive, destructive & bewildering childhood put Mr Goggins in life & death circumstances. Sometimes these circumstances were experienced on a daily basis. Slowly, over time, emerging through these experiences is one thing. Having the objectivity & wisdom to BLAST THROUGH IT on the way to new experiences & heights in life is another thing all together. The man has paid his dues, no question.
This read will open your eyes, not because of his accomplishments but because he understood what was necessary AND PAID THE PRICE!!

After meeting Violator in early 2018 I’ve rarely gone more than a day without spending at least an hour in Audible. The author does a marvelous job of creating a sense of relatability with Sierra 6. Obviously, he is extraordinarily talented & well trained. But the reader gets to experience the internal struggles & sense of right & wrong that he holds to. And perhaps this is what makes him so interesting & relatable.
Each of The Grey Man novels are excellent!! Each builds upon the previous one as the author develops the character. Seems as though I say to myself “This was the absolute best of the series!!” with EACH addition to the series. And they are!! However, each novel shows the reader a new, previously unknown facet of his personality. It’s like getting to know a friend & learning more about them over time.
Based on the authors track record I will repeat my claim after reading the next in the series. And you know, I cannot wait!!
