Revisado: 04-07-19

This sounds cowardly
Revisado: 03-09-18
while I respect and minimally appreciate the amount of effort that the author has put into this book, I must admit that I'm disappointed to know that what I've paid for including the audio version seems to represent that of a person who would be taking the Cowardly route and approach on virtually everything and nearly every interaction that involved communication. I don't write reviews often but when I do I try to be as transparent as I can about a particular item or author. while I'm not sure how the rest of his books are this particular one that receive such a high rating so many people seem to lack assertiveness that could be represented in the communication. someone else may feel otherwise, however for myself as a reader I do not feel satisfied by the text that was provided. recommendations to agree with people without validating your own opinion in my environment is not portrayed as a person who can take a stance. but rather, it leaves room for speculation if person can easily be manipulated and chumped.

Historia
Laugh Tactics is full of strategies that dissect, break down, and analyze all of the types of humor that you'll encounter in daily conversation - stuff you can really use with people you talk to. We're not all trying to become standup comedians, and this isn't a book about ha-ha jokes with setups and punch lines. Learn to simply make a better impression on people, put them at ease, charm them, and make them smile with you.

Updated version
Revisado: 01-29-18
this was an extended version of the authors original book entitled laugh tactics. It was still a good read but not quite what I expected as my intent was for this to be a more in-depth breakdown of the entire strategy of it.

More to come?

this was a great book to learn from. I do however give it 4.5 Stars because I feel as though it could use a part 2 or a study book for practice purposes.
