And so we learn!
Revisado: 10-25-24
Loved the information in this podcast as a 48 year old “feeling the pre-menopause” I wasn’t prepared for this phase of my life but am planning to do better for menopause. Found Dr MC very distracting when she didn’t let Dr AH finish his question interrupting him multiple times but still doesn’t take away from very useful information. Thank you.

So much to learn
Revisado: 10-19-24
Loved this podcast like all the others. Kinda discouraging knowing that it won’t be so easy to get access to some of these injectable peptides. Would LOVE it when doctors talk about vitamin/peptide/products they use to also have them name the product or recommend products that they themselves use. Half the battle is finding good, quality products. I don’t mind if they are sponsored or not. I would just like to know that what I’m going to buy is good products. Thanks for exposing me to science.

Taking my favourite spot
Revisado: 10-10-24
I absolutely loved this podcast and found it so informative. As an almost 50, RA diagnosed, went from Hero to Zero in health and fitness female this was great to get me back on focussing what’s important. Had to look up one or two words as English is not my native language but it was really great.
Between Dr. Stacy Simms and this podcast it’s great to get confirmation on information and opinion. Loved it!

Appreciate getting science based information in a way I can follow and understand.
Revisado: 08-21-24
I very much enjoyed this podcast. There is SO much information on social media with absolutely no backed science that it can get very confusing. I also really appreciate how medical terminologies or words were explained to give us (non medical/science listeners) a better understanding of what is being discussed. Thank you for a great podcast.

Loved this podcast. Learnt so much and good to know that taking care of your teeth and gums really doesn’t have to be that hard. PS. Huberman you really need to get a waterpick. It’s one of those things you can’t believe you ever went without.
