Historia
Cloaked by the mists of dawn, Task Force 61 - carrying tanks, aircraft, and over 5000 Marines - steams toward Syria with deadly intent. Their mission: rescue 100 hostages from a terrorist stronghold - alive. With realism seldom seen in military fiction, The Med is a magnificent and timely epic that brings the human drama of armed conflict compellingly to life.

A little boring
Revisado: 10-23-23
Struggled to finish. Many times in the story where nothing happens. Many detailed descriptions and dialog that do not move the story forward.

Historia
Court Gentry is known as The Gray Man—a legend in the covert realm, moving silently from job to job, accomplishing the impossible, and then fading away. And he always hits his target. But there are forces more lethal than Gentry in the world. And in their eyes, Gentry has just outlived his usefulness. Now, he is going to prove that for him, there's no gray area between killing for a living-and killing to stay alive.

Maybe a Little Unbelievable
Revisado: 12-11-13
What did you like best about The Gray Man? What did you like least?
Great action. Nobody is that tough, not even the the Gray Man.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
I had to suspend reality a bit to stay engaged with the story.
What three words best describe Jay Snyder’s voice?
He is good, this book was a challenge... many different accents
Do you think The Gray Man needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
For sure. The Gray Man still has unfinished business.

A Tour Guide
Revisado: 05-24-13
What did you like best about Inferno? What did you like least?
This book is 75% art history and 25% story. I love the historic texture of Dan Brown books but Inferno lacked his usual creativity. He slaps together a story to go along with his fantastic research tour of Italy. I bet he had big fun researching this novel but spent little time with the composition.
Has Inferno turned you off from other books in this genre?
Nope
Did Paul Michael do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Yes
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Nope
Any additional comments?
Nope
