I bought it to learn about her perspective on marketing. What I got was an earful of her politics.
She is guilty of doing what she condems multiple of her 'case studies' of doing.
If you're going to write a book about marketing, stick to marketing.
If you don't agree with someone else's opinion, that's fine. Cite why those opinions don't adhere to your marketing beliefs. just make sure you follow your own rules.
As many of your champion 'case studies' do, you cherry pick and selectively apply your ideas to fit your political narrative instead of equally across the isle.
Skip this book as I can sum it up...
Create a slogan that encompasses your why. Give your brand a purpose and meaning to help people. Not just drive profits.
Start With Why - You'll learn more from that book and you won't need to listen to hipocritical political rants.

I don't normally write reviews... But this one deserves it. I hope it helps someone on the fence take the leap and get on the Energy Bus!
I work in marketing. I've read/listened to dozens of books on self improvement, psychology, and the like. I can typically pull a few good things from just about any book. This book. The Energy Bus. It's ALL good.
This book is comprehensive enough to satisfy a wide range of readers while it avoids getting lost in the layers of underlying concepts that make this work.
I thoroughly enjoyed it... More than once. I've even started reading it to my kids to start them off on the right bus in life.
Thank you so much for putting the effort into creating this essential collection book together.
Could you do the same for a technology based book I'm trying to write? :D
