Everyone needs to read/hear this book
Revisado: 11-29-22
Eye-opening, shocking, convicting. This book is something every conservative and liberal alike needs to read. I disagreed with him on a couple things he said regarding the holiness of the Catholic church, but politically and historically, I’d say he’s 98% right! I loved this book and will be reading it again to take notes!

Historia
Motherhood is a challenge. Unfortunately, our worldly culture offers moms little in the way of real help. Mamas only connect to celebrate surviving another day and to share in their misery, rather than rejoice in what God has done and to build each other up in hard times. There has a be a better way, a biblical way, for mamas to grow and thrive. M Is for Mama offers advice, encouragement, and scripturally sound strategies seasoned with a little bit of humor to help you embrace the challenge of biblical motherhood and raise your children with love and wisdom.

A sweet western!
Revisado: 07-13-20
There was a lovely balance of action and slower scenes. I didn't care for the Fields family and another couple just made me uncomfortable, but otherwise, I loved the story and would definitely invest in the paperback!

Revisado: 12-16-19
This books was good! I loved the aspect of combating true racism towards Indians in thr old west. I don't really get why the author chose to make the children involved mix-raced, but other than that, I have no complaints about this book! A sweet story for the whole family!

...who was forced to be a cat person by a sweet stray that we still own! My only problem with the story was the constant talk of Santa and nothing about the true meaning of Christmas, Jesus Christ. Other than that, too cute!

Revisado: 12-14-19
This was a sweet Christmas story surrounding a mysterious Christmas tree. I personally would have liked a little more backstory and the end felt rushed, but I really enjoyed this story. No complaints on content. Perfect for 8-12-year-old slueths!

Historia
"I hate being a foster kid!" Fourteen-year-old Lissa had thought those words dozens if not hundreds of times over the last 12 years. She and her twin brother, Leigh, had been foster kids for as long as they could remember. Lissa was naturally shy, and this life of bouncing around from one foster home to another, of changing schools midterm, and of never having a real place they could call home had left her with feelings of insecurity and doubt. Would they ever have a real home? Why didn't anyone want them?

Lovely, sweet Story!
Revisado: 11-05-19
I loved this book so much! The only reason it took me a long time to finish was because I wasn't too fond of the narrator, but oh! Such a sweet, clean story and the ending is so good. What a blessed reminder of God's love and care over us, even when we don't remember...
