Historia
Jeff Foster invites you to forget everything you know, everything you've been taught, and everything you've ever heard about spiritual awakening, oneness, enlightenment, non-duality, and Advaita, and to consider a new possibility: the possibility of absolute freedom, right now, right here, in the midst of this very ordinary life.

Too intellectual
Revisado: 03-16-18
There is something about the book that makes it difficult to listen. Lots of words but not too much of anything. I would not recommend this book.

Historia
Present moment awareness is an essential ingredient in life if one expects to experience any degree of authentic peace and contentment. It has been acknowledged for centuries as the cornerstone of spiritual awakening in all traditions of Eastern thought. In the West, however, it is still a relatively unrecognized concept for living. The Western mind is always restless, never content with the moment.

Be happy Now
Revisado: 11-25-15
A very good book that surprised me with the content. Not many of us realize how much of life we lose by not being present and aware while performing simple and ordinary daily tasks. This is where true happiness lies. Instead, most of us chase it in the never coming future. The author shares many interesting stories from his life that beautifully illustrate the wisdom behind his words. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to find the meaning and happiness of everyday life.
