Historia
Before the being called the Emperor revealed himself, before the rise of the aeldari, before the necrontyr traded their flesh for immortal metal, the world was born in violence. Even when they inhabited bodies of flesh, Trazyn the Infinite and Orikan the Diviner were polar opposites. Trazyn, a collector of historical oddities, presides over a gallery full of the most dangerous artefacts - and people - of the galactic past. Orikan, a chronomancer without peer, draws zodiacs that predict and manipulate the future.

The book you didn't know you needed.
Revisado: 10-22-21
Absolutely wonderful. The story of two immortal insane skeletons having a petty rivalry that spans 10 millennium is somehow one of the mosy personable and heart-felt stories in the black library.

Historia
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.

Excellent Sequel series
Revisado: 02-16-21
I enjoy this series more than the original so far. the characters are much more grounded but still have the amusing nearly childish bravado that made the crew so endearing in the first of the mistborn series. The author does some heavy handed preaching at times about his philosophies and that gets annoying. Not as heavy a rant session as starship troopers but in the same vein. Once off that pedestal though Sanderson drivers believable characters and a story you can't put down.

Excellent as Always
Revisado: 01-11-21
Another great book in the series. Most of the spiral wars books read almost as a casual philosopher's tourist guide to the spiral, this is no exception and no decrying remark. The world building is world class and the characters are excellent and have development and depth rarely maintained over a long series. This book is mainly about the secrets, politics and intrigue of the species we met in the last few books. This keeps you hooked and needing to know more from the first to the last minute of the book.
The reader seems to change some pronunciations towards the end, but it's not extreme and he keeps up his quality of reading throughout the book. Hardly surprising as he is a talented reader, helps enhance a great book/series to an amazing book/series.
