Instantly motivating to push you to do better in everything you do

Man what a story, to hear the things this guy went through and see him be able to get through everything with all the doubters and haters instantly makes you feel that you can do everything that you’re trying to do as well. When I do my runs and do my work out or when I’m feeling lazy I think about him and how he just got up and did it and when he would miss a work out it would bother him for the rest of the day why didn’t he do it and now I’m starting to feel the same way. Really great book trying to find more content to listen to him continuously give motivationAnd learn from the best. I now feel that I can do the same thing as him in my life. Thank you for writing this book David.
