I remember this book stressing me out when I read it as a kid. It continued to stress me out today. I’m impressed by the depth and nuance these books manage to contain in such small, and kid oriented packages, but I shouldn’t be surprised.

The Yeerk invasion of Earth started out passively, secretly. But now, everything seems to be stepped up. Even Marco's father is talking about some top secret project at his job.

Funny and Heartfelt

As someone who’s mother also died, the reflections on the evolving family dynamic, if not perfect parallels to my own, still hit home. This book was also incredibly funny and the author reading his own work was also lovely. Overall a great listen.

Super interesting and a great story

This whole book is so full of great information on both the women in the world of Walt Disney animation, and also just the history of the studio in general. The only person I’d heard of before in this story is Mary Blair, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity through this book to learn about how many talented women were a part of Disney’s early years.

I love all the voices for the Animorphs audiobooks, but Ramón de Ocampo is definitely my fave. I’m so happy to see these books I absolutely loved as a kid getting such great audiobooks. I really hope they do the rest of the series.

Tobias was always one of my favorites as a kid, and Michael Crouch has captured his voice very well. I love seeing this series in audio format finally! I hope the whole series is recorded this way eventually
