Monica did an excellent job in the book to call out some practical lessons and actions to just get to action and advance our DEI journey and help our society to adapt where we all thrive on the power of our differences.
As a latina coming to the United States straight to MS degree and employment in corp America, lots of her stories resonated with mine and a reminder that we arent alone.
Many ideas as to how to start taking action.
