Historia
In January 2019, culture writer Anne Helen Petersen set the internet on fire with her viral BuzzFeed essay diagnosing “millennial burnout” - a chronic state of stress and exhaustion that’s become a “base temperature” for young people today. Now, she continues this generation-defining conversation in a brand-new format, interviewing millennials around the country about their own deeply personal experiences with burnout, and the culture that creates it.

Seem to center around him professions
Revisado: 10-08-19
The topic of burnout centered around the importance given to a fake and superficial existence on social media. A whole culture evolved around wanting to be important and unique and the self centered need to display that to the world. I feel the burnout only comes from a disconnect you have in knowing what really makes you happy. It did remind me to slow down and remind myself of what those things actually are. And in short it all comes back to money. If you don't have it you have stress. The more you make surrounded bad habits creates an undisciplined lifestyle.

Historia
There just isn't enough time for everything on our to-do list - and there never will be. Successful people don't try to do everything. They learn to focus on the most important tasks and make sure those get done. They eat their frogs. There's an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're done with the worst thing you'll have to do all day. For Tracy, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task - but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life.
