Historia
Millions of readers of Hatchet, The River, Brian’s Winter, and Brian’s Return know that Brian Robeson is at home in the Canadian wilderness. He has stood up to the challenge of surviving alone in the woods. He prefers being on his own in the natural world to civilization. When Brian finds a dog one night, a dog that is wounded and whimpering, he senses danger. The dog is badly hurt, and as Brian cares for it, he worries about his Cree friends who live north of his camp. With his new companion at his side, and with a terrible, growing sense of unease, he sets out to learn what happened.

A family series
Revisado: 09-09-24
My boys and I have read the entire series and have loved them. We love camping and being outdoors. We are meat hunters. We do not hunt for trophy like Bryan and like him we use everything. This is right up or alley. We love how vivid the story is that you can almost see exactly what he is seeing. So amazing!!!

Historia
Steven Rinella (The MeatEater Podcast) and Clay Newcomb (MeatEater's Bear Grease podcast) gather listeners for a new round of stories, this time drawing from the lives of the rugged Long Hunters, who include such figures as Daniel Boone, Henry Skaggs, and Kasper Mansker. These were the commercial hunters and trappers who explored and exploited the First Far West, the land across the Appalachian Mountains, in the era between the Seven Years War and the American Revolution—one of the most fabled periods of American history.

True History
Revisado: 08-23-24
This book was amazing I appreciated that the true history was not washed over. It’s the true, the sad, the amazing story of the United States. Another author stated very well when he said “ you cannot look at our history with out a sense of pride and sadness”. This book told the truth and if there was not proof to back it up the said “the folklore” and I and my sons enjoyed this book so much!

Historia
From 1999 to 2009, U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle recorded the most career sniper kills in United States military history. The Pentagon has officially confirmed more than 150 of Kyles kills (the previous American record was 109), but it has declined to verify the astonishing total number for this book. Iraqi insurgents feared Kyle so much they named him al-Shaitan ("the devil") and placed a bounty on his head.
