worthwhile for closure, not for the characters

after loving the first three books in the series, I knew that this one was slightly different (in terms of POV) but of course I was going to read it for any loose ends and that heartwarming conclusion we all needed. if you also have read the first three, absolutely read this final book for definitive closure, but be aware that the character development and storyline are just not as good. I felt no regret in pausing the book at any time, though the first part of the series we're definitely books I would stay up too late reading. I'm glad I read it, but if I reread the series I would listen to the first three again and not this one.

narrator meh, great story

There are a number of cringe moments, but overall it's very captivating and I kept wanting to listen just a little bit longer. I wish the narrator made the male characters a little more likeable in their voices, and the females less whiny, but it took very little away from the storylines.

the best of the three

the first book in the series was good. The second one was great. And now this last book is fantastic. At first when I realized that we were going to hear the same Story 3 times I was disappointed, but now I wish I could have more points of you for this turn of events. Tamsin is by far the most relatable of the three characters, and I am so happy to have gotten to know her better.

wonderful cast, disappointing end. (no spoilers)

after four wonderful books, I looked forward to a conclusion to tie up the loose ends and leave me satisfied in the futures of the remaining characters. I was disappointed, as too much is left up to the imagination of the reader. Or an eventual sequel...though that remains to be seen.
